Place the Biodegradable Bag on the Scoop Before the Walk
• Pull the scoop from the unit.
• Open the scoop.
• Put the closed end of the biodegradable bag into the open scoop.
• Close the scoop.
• With the scoop closed, open the end of bag and fold the bag back over scoop blades.
• Secure the bag holes onto the scoop hooks.
• Tuck excess bag into fold on each side of scoop.
• Return the bag covered scoop to the unit.
Collect the Waste with the Covered Scoop
• Pull the scoop from the unit with one hand while the other hand securely controls the dog
and the unit.
• The sanitary shield provides a barrier between the handle and the waste collection end
of the scoop.
• Open the scoop and pick up the waste.
• Close the scoop.
• Pull the lower end of the bag over the scoop blades assuring no waste contact.
• Insert lower end of the bag through bag hole on the top and attach to hook.
• Return the scoop to the unit for discrete transport of waste out of public view.
• For disposal in a responsible receptacle open scoop and release bag. |
